Specialising in both hospitality & leisure and residential, we can offer a full and comprehensive architectural range of practice services towards our focused remits and market sectors. 

Being specialists in sustainable and nontoxic architecture, we can bring a new perspective to environmental impact construction than most other architectural practices. With key in-house expertise in interior design, planning, as well as structural engineering, we are able to limit costly issues which can and do impact project delivery and timelines. Whilst most design practices tend to outsource such services, and we do work with other architectural contractors, we have found our in-house approach helps deliver design and build efficiencies across the project’s entire life cycle. Our architectural service stages

Step 1
The Site Visit...
Once we’ve discussed your project, normally by telephone and email, we will arrange to come and talk through your project in person to help you understand your project. At this stage, we will also explain the full process, the expected costs involved at all stages of the project and the timeframe for the following stages. We also gather any information such as surveys, and most importantly - the client’s brief.
Step 2
Most important is guiding you on budget. We will need to discuss target budgets and be clear if your aspirations can fit within its confines. Providing Oasis Habitats is dealing with both design and construction, we will begin working with our production department to ensure target financials can be maintained. It is important to know we can only imply expected outsourced contractors’ costs.
Step 3
The Design Stage..
This is the most exciting stage for both parties. Our service provides a proven design experience with the use of 3D modelling, cad drawings, Virtual Oculus Tours and if required, 3D printing to help market the project. We also look to make your input a fun and rewarding experience.
Step 4
Getting Approvals...
Once the design stage has been complete and we have carried out updated cost checks, we guide you through the Planning or Building Regulations approvals stage. This can either be done through us or via your own chosen contractor. Either way, we keep track of the applications and actively engage with the planning officers to help secure the result you want... an approval.
Step 5
This is probably the most daunting stage. We will ensure construction works are supervised and supported, helping ensure each construction phase has a minimal interruption. We will also ensure that the Building Control Officers are kept up to speed, enabling building certificates to be released in a timely fashion.
Step 6
Once the build has been completed, we will carry out a detailed snagging inspection, passing on work-related issues to the appropriate department or contractor, providing our clients with a full signed off service.
